Ms. Urner studied law at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland (Master of Law) and completed her post-graduate studies in European and International Business Law at the LMU in Munich (LL.M. Eur.) with a focus on intellectual property law. In addition, Ms. Urner worked in an international law firm on mandates in the field of trademark law.

Currently, she works as a legal counsel in the IT sector and supports the law firm SCHWARZ+KOLLEGEN in particular in all areas of trademark, design and copyright law.
