Dr. Gabriele Honecker

Gabriele has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since September 2018. She is German and European Patent Attorney.

Her technical expertise includes computer-implemented inventions, in particular artificial intelligence with its mathematical background as well as communication and information technologies, electrical and mechanical engineering, medical technology, optics and laser, nuclear and particle physics.

Gabriele studied physics (Diplom) and subsequently received her Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) at the University of Bonn in the fields of high-energy physics, particle physics and mathematical physics. The title “Juniorprofessor” was awarded to her by the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

Gabriele has lived in Spain, France and Belgium during her previous research career. Besides German and English, she speaks French, Spanish and some Dutch.

Gabriele likes to delve deeply into different technical issues and to get a sound familiarization with the respective technical subject matter in all patent and related services.
