Dr. Zehetner has special experience in advising on complex matters, in particular in drafting and implementing national and international IP strategies, managing complex patent portfolios, preparing due diligence analyses, validity and infringement opinions, drafting and negotiating technology contracts and in the field of the German Employee Invention Act.

Her technical expertise includes medical technology, biophysics, organic and inorganic chemistry.

Since 2014, she has been a guest lecturer on patent strategy, e.g. at RWTH Aachen, TU Hamburg-Harburg or Maastricht School of Management.
