Dr. Andrea Zehetner

Dr Andrea Zehetner has worked in intellectual property law since 2002. She is an authorised representative before the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Dr Zehetner has particular experience in advising on complex matters, especially the development and implementation of national and international IP strategies, the management of complex patent portfolios, due diligence reviews, and validity and infringement opinions.

Her other areas of practice include drafting and negotiating technology agreements and employee invention law. Her technical expertise encompasses medical technology, biophysics, and organic and inorganic chemistry.

Since 2014, she has been a guest lecturer on patent strategy, including at RWTH Aachen University, Hamburg University of Technology and Maastricht School of Management.
